Return & Refund Policy

5-Day Return Window

We accept return requests within the first 5 days of your purchase or delivery. If 5 days have passed since your delivery, we cannot offer you a return or refund of any kind.

Note: We do not offer product exchanges. Eligible items must be returned for a refund, and a separate purchase can be made for a new product.

Eligibility for Returns

• The item must be unused and in the exact condition that you received it.
• The item must be in its original packaging with all included hardware and accessories.
• You must provide an official receipt or proof of purchase from Adjustable Table Builder.
• Only regular-priced standard catalog items are eligible for return.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Customized items: Any desks or tabletops built to custom dimensions, custom wood choices, or special finishes.
• Sale or clearance items: Products purchased during promotional sales or discounted campaigns.

Return Processing Fee

For all eligible and approved returns, a 15% return fee (based on the invoiced item amount) will be deducted from the total refund amount to cover logistics and restocking costs.

Damages and Inspection on Delivery

Please inspect your order thoroughly upon arrival while the delivery personnel are present. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please inform us and the delivery team immediately.

As per delivery company regulations, damage reports submitted after the delivery personnel leave the premises cannot be accepted.

How to Start a Return

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to dispatch the package. Items sent back to our workshop without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected at our workshop, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the agreed refund amount (minus the 15% return fee) will be processed automatically to your advised payment method within 10 working days.
